What is a disability (mental/emotional)? And what is the social stigma of mental illness? - social security definition of disability

I know that the definition of disability - basically everything that makes the function - but I am seeking advice from "real" people who do not jump in psychiatry, psychology or social security involved. If you are involved in the Feild, always have an answer. I do not want those who are not to discredit his own opinion and not responding.

1 - Do you consider yourself a person with depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, constant suicidal thoughts or personality disorder as a person with a disability?

2 - Would you know that the person may or may not work well independently or with everyday activities such as bathing, preparing meals or running errands or important tasks like finding and keeping a job or take care of finances.

3 - What is the social stigma of mental illness and what contributes to this situation (apart from the media, television, cinema, music)?
