Some PetSmart stores carry them, but the best place to find the feed is a local store and tack. I have this device for irrigating my dogs for years and I have never failed to find in a supermarket.
PetSmart I've seen are usually a PVC plastic or ceramic and normally not last long, unless you only have small dogs that do not tend to do things to bite. In the case of large dogs and / or those things that all of the metal with a hose connection of braided steel is best as chewing.
If you do not PetSmart, Petco or grocery store in your area, I recommend searching the Internet for the Dr. 's Foster and Smith and saw the dog section and online ordering.

Just a warning, if you go with the metal. It can get very hot if you live in an area with lots of sun. Just think of those days when you are out of contact and a metal chair. So make sure you're in a shady spot.
